What we collect

When you send a request for quotation or a contact message: your name, company, country, email, phone number, messaging handles you choose to give, the products and quantities you ask about, and any files you attach.

When you sign in to the customer portal: your mobile number, to send the one-time sign-in code, and a record of sign-ins and of the actions taken in your account.

For security, the server keeps request logs with your IP address and browser type for a limited time.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotations, contracts and export documents, and deliver and settle your orders.

To protect the platform: limiting sign-in attempts, detecting misuse and keeping an audit trail of changes.

We do not sell your data and do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

Who sees it

Our staff see only what their role needs; access is logged.

To fulfil an order we share the necessary details with the mills, carriers, customs brokers and banks involved in it.

Other customers never see your requests, orders or documents.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies the website needs: your language choice and, when you sign in, secure session cookies. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your theme choice and an unsent quotation request are kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, until you send or clear them.

How long we keep it

Order, payment and export records are kept for as long as commercial and customs rules require.

Requests that do not lead to an order are kept so we can follow up, and deleted on request unless the law requires otherwise.

Backups are rotated and expire automatically.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop receiving messages, through the contact page. We answer within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
