The website presents the company's products, export routes and services, and lets you request quotations. The customer portal lets registered customers follow their requests, quotations, orders, shipments, documents and payments.
Prices shown on the website, including daily offers, are indicative. They are not an offer to sell and do not bind either party.
A price becomes binding only in a written quotation, within its stated validity, and once the order is confirmed by contract or proforma invoice. Minimum quantities depend on the product, mill and transport method.
Portal accounts are created by our team for confirmed customers; there is no self-registration.
You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number and for the actions taken in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Do not try to access data that is not yours, test the security of the platform without written permission, upload harmful files or overload the service.
Uploaded files must be documents related to your request or order.
We keep the information on the website accurate, but specifications, routes, transit times and availability can change. The quotation and contract for your order prevail over general information on the website.
