Steel trading and export, sourced across Iranian mills rather than tied to one producer. Direct purchase coordination with producers, B2B sales to foreign buyers, international road and rail transport, wagon supply, customs declaration coordination, loading and weighbridge coordination, export documentation, and foreign-currency receipt and settlement.
Warehouses and sales offices in destination countries are being developed, starting with Dushanbe. Ferroalloy imports and, in a later phase, investment in an export-oriented production unit are on the roadmap.
