   Quotation

   Review the offer; accept it or ask for a revision.

   Our team

   Issue a firm price with currency, Incoterm, delivery point and a validity date.

   You receive

   A written quotation you can accept or discuss in the portal.

4. 04

   Proforma invoice and contract

   You

   Confirm the buyer details and sign the contract.

   Our team

   Prepare the proforma invoice and the sales contract on the agreed terms.

   You receive

   Proforma invoice and contract with a unique number.

5. 05

   Payment

   You

   Pay in the agreed currency and stages.

   Our team

   Record each payment against your order, in its currency.

   You receive

   Confirmation of every payment and a running balance per currency.

6. 06

   Mill allocation and loading

   You

   Nothing, unless a specification needs your confirmation.

   Our team

   Reserve production or stock, load, weigh and photograph the cargo.

   You receive

   Loading photos and the mill and loaded weights.

7. 07

   Customs and transport

   You

   Prepare import formalities with your broker.

   Our team

   File the export declaration and move the cargo by rail or road, tracking it on the way.

   You receive

   Copies of the export documents and the shipment status at each stage.

8. 08

   Delivery and settlement

   You

   Receive the goods and record the destination weight.

   Our team

   Reconcile the weights, settle the balance and close the order.

   You receive

   A final statement per currency and the order's complete document set.

Stages can overlap, and some depend on the Incoterm and payment terms agreed in your contract. Signed-in customers follow every stage of their orders in the customer portal.
